Women Rising by Megan Dalla-Camina is a book that encourages women to identify their self-imposed limiting beliefs and rise above to achieve their goals. The first half of the book explores the thoughts that hold women back and limiting power paradoxes that are imposed upon them. The second section (more than a half really) examines the inner-critic. It is about exploring the stories we tell ourselves that keep us stuck. Dalla-Camina uses the inner critic to explore these boundaries. Finally, she provides the reader with strategies and ideas to break free from self-doubt and rise up to be the person they have always wanted to be.
