We’re confident that you will love every order from Rereadable but we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please contact orders@rereadable.com.au if you have any concerns about your order.
Return Policy for Pre-Loved Books.
We do not offer refunds on pre-loved books. We are careful to list the book’s quality prior to sale and provide the Book Condition Guide at every purchase point on the site. We also ask you to acknowledge you have checked the Condition Guide before finalising your payment. If there is significant, photographic evidence of order damage beyond the original condition of the pre-loved book please contact us to organise a replacement or credit note.
Return Policy for New Books and Other Items.
If the new book or item is faulty or damaged, Rereadable will replace or refund the book or item at our expense provided it is returned to us with 14 days of placing the order and proof of purchase is provided. The book must be returned in its original new condition, and other items must be in original packaging. If you change your mind about your purchase, Rereadable will gladly offer an exchange or credit note if the book or item is returned within 14 days of purchase. The book or item must be returned in original new condition and proof of purchase is required. Please notify us via email before returning your book or items, and provide your order number as reference for the return. We’ll keep an eye out for your delivery.
