He shares lots of his personal experiences and lessons on business building and this makes it quite an insightful, often inspiring read.
Why should I read it?
It’s a great way to learn from the experience of someone who has had a very long career in business and knows how to keep the doors open. The book provides ideas about innovation, leadership and risk-taking. It also feels like a very honest read and that makes it useful to small business owners who typically value the experience of others in the same situation.
Is it a challenging read?
No because there are lots of personal stories shared. It does require a bit of time though.
