Author Lyndon Russell has done an excellent job arguing why profit is key to success and then goes on to detail how a trades based business can improve their bottom line. Its a book full of useful strategies, insights into price rise management, reasons for thinking about value provided and ways to implement the ideas presented. An excellent read.
Why should I read it?
If you are a tradie, or know a tradie who seems to be working long hours with very little to show for it, this is the book for you. Grad a copy for yourself or buy a copy to give to the tradie in your life. This book will help the reader to ensure their efforts are profitable and it provides a system for easy financial decision making to grow a trades based business.
Is it a challenging read?
This book is an easy read because the Russell does a terrific job explaining concepts in an easy-to-understand way and the examples highlight the ideas presented throughout.
