Although not a direct business book, the read is worthwhile because the premise is that optimum health is important to an optimum life. Bridges also covers motivation and mindset. It’s a great pep-talk book for those feeling life is a bit of a struggle.

No, this book is full of personal anecdotes and stories. It is also full of full page, simple reminders and quotes. The book is also well organised and very easy to follow. This will be a simple book and also a great reference book too.
