What is it about?
This is a book about Janine's Allis' time growing the Boost Juice business. It starts with the first juice bar opened in Adelaide , through to developing a franchise model for national locations and then onto a global business chain. It's a terrific account of Allis' experience as a new entrepreneur and all the lessons learned. This version includes her time on the television show Survivor. Those who watched the show or follow Allis will know how transformative that experience was for her.
Why should I read it?
If you own a start-up, this is a terrific book to read because Allis shares all of her learnings throughout the Boost experience. If you want to know more about this successful and affable entrepreneur, this book is full of personal insights and learnings. Well worth the read.
Is it a challenging read?
This is a very easy read written conversationally. The Survivor update has kept the story fresh.
