What is it about?
This is a productivity book that was first written before productivity was deemed a business discipline! It has many updates and editions and productivity habits remain popular today. The book uses the CORD model (Capture, Organise, Review, Do) for work organisation and the ninja analogy is an excellent way to demonstrate work practices.
Why should I read it?
Reading this book is like having an old friend remind you to do what you always say you are going to do. It is a great book for motivating change and encouraging the reader to take action to be more efficient at work. I love that it has a section on stress management too. It’s a great book to teach strategies to improve focus at work.
Is it a challenging read?
This book is a delight to read. The Productivity Ninja uses analogies and conversational style to engage the reader. The use of diagrams without also make the book a very easy read.
