This includes looking for mutually beneficial outcomes that work for all involved without feeling that compromise is the only solution. It’s a terrific sales extension book.

It provides an excellent insight into how we view others and how perception can interfere with our ability to negotiate, especially in periods of disagreement. This is a great book for leaders and those working in teams.
Is it a challenging read?
This is an engaging and helpful read. The content makes it an easy read with lots of examples and stories provided to highlight the critical learning points. I’d recommend reading the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People in addition to this book.
