The first half of the book has Vaynerchuk outlining the twelve key self-aware ingredients we need to have to establish strong relationships. The second half of the book provides a range of situations and then workshops the most appropriate responses using the ingredients identified earlier. It’s an interesting self-help guide.

If you enjoy Gary Vaynerchuk’s style you will probably enjoy this book. Or, if you are looking for self-development and communication skill improvement this would be book worth adding to your bookshelf.
